PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING TERMS

Indication of the controller

The controller of your personal data is Pearson IOKI sp.z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań (60-529) at ul. Dąbrowskiego 77A (hereinafter: "the Controller").

The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer supervising the correctness of personal data processing who can be contacted at incydenty@ioki.com.pl or by post at the Controller’s address.

Purpose and basis of data processing

Your personal data will be processed in order to conduct and resolve the recruitment process for the applied position pursuant to article 6, section 1, point b) of GDPR regarding the processing of personal data specified in article 22¹, paragraph 1 of the Labour Code and on the basis of your consent, i.e. article 6, section 1, point a) of GDPR regarding personal data outside this scope.

Processing period

Your data will be processed during the recruitment period and for twelve months after the date of its completion.

Recipients of personal data

Personal data will be disclosed by the Controller only to trusted recipients such as companies supplying and operating selected IT systems and solutions used by the Controller for data processing. Personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area as part of the procedures and in accordance with the rules adopted in Pearson English.

Rights of the personal data subject

You have the right to request access to your personal data, correct them, and in certain cases, also the right to request their deletion, limitation of processing or their transfer. You can withdraw your consent at any time which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which took place before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Providing the data is voluntary, although to the extent specified in article 22¹, paragraph 1 of the Labour Code, and necessary to participate in the recruitment process.

In the process of personal data processing, there is no automated decision making, including profiling.
